The NinjaHost services and brand are operated by Silvs Group, registered under CNPJ No. 67.186.766/0001-83, under the domain br.ninja. This policy describes how NinjaHost, operated by Silvs Group, processes personal data in the context of the br.ninja website, the client panel, subscription and support for hosting, cloud VPS and other services offered. Silvs Group acts as the controller of the personal data processed herein. By using our channels, you acknowledge the practices below, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
01 Data Collection
We collect personal information you provide to us directly, such as name, email, phone number, billing data and payment data when registering an account, purchasing a plan or contacting support.
We also record technical data necessary for service delivery — IP addresses, access logs and session identifiers — always limited to what is necessary for the secure operation of the infrastructure.
02 Purposes of Processing
